Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: • Age 20–60 years • Desk-based job for =6 months • Minimum of 6 desk-hours per workday • Willingness to participate and sign informed consent • No history of spinal surgeries or deformities
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: • Diagnosed neurological or musculoskeletal disorders affecting posture • History of spinal or neck injuries • Pregnant individuals • Incomplete data or refusal to participate
