Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: • Adults =19 years. • Resectable periampullary or pancreatic head tumors (malignant or benign). • ASA = III. • Fit for laparoscopic surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: • Locally advanced/unresectable disease. • Planned vascular reconstruction. • Previous major upper abdominal surgery precluding laparoscopy. • Patient refusal to consent.
