Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1- Patients aged 13– 40 years with chronic suppurative otitis media (tubotympanic type) and central perforation. 2-Dry ear for at least 6 weeks. 3-Intact ossicular chain.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1- Revision tympanoplasty. 2- Active infection at time of surgery. 3- Cholesteatoma or ossicular erosion. 4- Co-morbidities affecting healing (e.g., uncontrolled diabetes).
