Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - More than 18 years old. - Serum creatinine > 1.6 mg/dl. - Acute limb ischemia with viable limb Rutherford (class I) and (class IIa or IIb). - Presentation within less than 14 days of onset of symptoms.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Patients with acute limb ischemia due to trauma or dissection will be excluded - Patients presenting with acute limb ischemia due to popliteal aneurysm will be excluded. - Patients with irreversible acute limb ischemia (Rutherford class III). - Patients with elevated serum creatinine more than 1.6 mg/dl.

Primary

Measure	Time frame
I)Technical success: Restoration of in-line arterial flow of at least one artery to the foot. II)Clinical success: Including combination of symptomatic improvement , positive hemodynamic and imaging results.	—

Measure	Time frame
I) 30-day amputation-free survival. II) Perioperative complications. III) One-year primary / secondary patency. IV) One-year limb salvage and mortality rates	—
