Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Any woman in a leadership position in committees and associations who is able to give her informed consent. Mothers of zero-dose or incompletely vaccinated children Women leaders from selected health areas
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Women leaders who do not belong to the selected groups in the health areas Termination of participation midway through the project
