Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: • Clomiphene citrate-resistant 1ry infertile polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) patients • Women who are = 35 years old. • Other normal diagnostic workup of infertility, including: Semen analysis, ultrasound examination, other than PCOS, and hysterosalpingogram.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The presence of any other infertility factors including:- • Thyroid dysfunction • Hyperprolactinemia • Endometriosis • Pelvic inflammatory disease (PID) • Single ovarian cyst in the same cycle History of ovarian hyperstimulation
