Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Women with first trimester incomplete abortion clinical and or ultrasound confirmation of pregnancy. 2) Haemodynamically stable women. 3) Women who consented to the study with gestational age up to 12 weeks.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Women with allergy or contraindication to either Pentazocine or Diclofenac. 2) Patients with severe illnesses or co-morbidity like severe anaemia, sepsis, uterine perforation. 3) Women with active infection such as abortion. 4) Women who decline consent.
