Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients presented with lacrimal punctal stenosis (grade 0, 1 or 2 conferring to Kashkouli scale [18] of punctal stenosis) 2. Patients with canalicular stenosis as verified by probing and syringing. 3. Patients with normal medial canthal region and eyelid position.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Active conjunctival inflammation. 2. Patients with complete canalicular obstruction (soft stop). 3. Nasolacrimal duct obstruction (on diagnostic probing and nasolacrimal syringing). 4. Other coexisting pathologies as floppy eyelid syndrome, facial palsy and caruncle enlargement
