Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: • Age from 18 to 65 years. • Both sexes. • Patients with post-traumatic segmental alveolar defects of the maxilla or mandible.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: • Systemic disease (e.g., uncontrolled diabetes). • Smoking (> 10 cigarettes per day). • Untreated periodontitis. • Gingivitis (oral hygiene index [OHI-S scores 3.1 - 6]). • Severe bruxism or clenching habits. • Previously failed bone grafting procedures in the same region.
