Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. All patients living with sickle cell disease and living with an ulcer more than 2 months old. 2. All consenting patients living with sickle cell disease and living with an ulcer.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with sensory loss in the leg. 2. Patients with uncontrolled diabetes and HIV/AIDS
