Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: • Age 18–65 years • ASA Physical Status I–III • Elective unilateral PNL surgery under general anesthesia • Informed consent obtained

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: • Refusal to participate • Allergy to study drugs (morphine, local anesthetics) • Coagulopathy or anticoagulant therapy • Local infection at injection site • Chronic opioid use or substance abuse • Severe respiratory or neurological disease
