Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: maternal age 20–37 years gestational age between 6 and 12 weeks based on last menstrual period and ultrasound singleton pregnancy hemoglobin =10.5 g/dl BMI 16–28 kg/m² hemodynamic stability

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: uterine anomalies (septate or bicornuate uterus) fibroids coagulopathy breastfeeding undiagnosed adnexal masses hypersensitivity to misoprostol or letrozole intrauterine device in situ heterotopic pregnancy chronic liver disease, heart disease, or bronchial asthma.

rate of complete abortion and time from initiation of treatment to complete expulsion.

adverse effects, severity of pain and bleeding, and need for surgical intervention
