Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: i. Adults, either male or female, of 21 years and above, were recruited into the study. ii. Practitioner with inadequate knowledge and poor practices towards HIV care.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: i. Participants with any mental or hearing impairments were excluded from the study. ii. Participants who refused to give their consent were excluded from the study.
