Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Children aged 3–6 years (preschool age group). Missing one or more maxillary primary incisors. Presence of intact upper primary molars suitable for band placement. Cooperative children able to tolerate dental procedures. Parents/guardians willing to provide informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Children with systemic diseases affecting oral health (e.g., cleft lip/palate, syndromes, immune compromise). Extensive caries or poor oral hygiene preventing proper appliance placement. History of allergy to dental cement materials. Uncooperative children unable to undergo dental procedures. Previous use of a space maintainer or prosthesis in the same arch.
