Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: All pregnant women who are living in the intervention area and who have access to health services at the intervention facilities. Those who are willing to consent to the study. Key household members (e.g. husbands, mother-in-laws) of the pregnant women who are willing to consent to the study. Maternal health workers with at least two years of experience at the health facility, who are willing to consent to the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Pregnant women who are unwilling to consent to the study. Health workers will be excluded if they have less than two years of experience at the facility. Health workers who are reluctant to consent to the study.
