Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The study will comprise ALHIV aged 10–19, their primary guardians, and "expert" ALHIV aged 18–19 who have been on ART for more than five years, maintain >95% adherence, attained viral suppression have full HIV disclosure status, access a smartphone, consent to follow the study protocol. Healthcare professionals with at least two years ALHIV management experience at CTC medical professionals will guarantee thorough HIV management advice, mentally stable

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: All ALHIV, peers, guardians, and healthcare workers who will not be around during the study duration, decline to sign informed consent, mentally unstable, involved in another study for less than six months
