Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Participants whose stress is moderate or high Academic staff of universities Academic staff who have been involved in academic work for at least 6month before the time of this study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Academic staff whose stress level is low Non-academic staff (Administrative staff) Academic staff who have not been involved in academic activities for at least 6months
