Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patients of American Society of Anesthesiologists physical status (ASAPS) I-II scheduled for elective septorhinoplasty

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: psychiatric disease peptic ulcer disease renal impairment diabetes mellitus cases taking antiplatelet anticoagulant treatment patients with a history of bleeding illnesses allergy to ibuprofen or ketorolac history of drug addiction pregnancy operative techniques involving harvesting rib cartilage grafts for rhinoplasty,
