Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: • All male and female patients aged >= 65 years. • Patients presented to outpatient clinics of geriatrics, internal medicine and family medicine for any reason. • Patients currently admitted as inpatients and medically stable and will to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: • Patients with acute illness, recent infection, or hospitalization within the last month. • Known diagnosis of dementia or severe psychiatric illness that impairs communication or cognitive assessment. • Severe visual or hearing impairment that interferes with assessment tools. • Individuals with neurological conditions affecting mobility (e.g., recent stroke, Parkinson’s disease). • Those currently receiving treatment for a known chronic cause (e.g., advanced renal failure on dialysis). • Refusal to participate or inability to complete the required assessment.
