Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Participants were selected based on specific inclusion criteria: male gender, obesity condition as defined by a BMI = 30 kg/m², and no prior experience with structured exercise training, excluding those enrolled in any training programs.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria included locomotor or neurological conditions, malignancies, cardiac failure, distal arteriopathy, recent surgery, severe endocrine, hepatic, or renal disorders, and anticoagulant medication use.
