Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: All consenting patients undergoing emergency or elective caesarean section under spinal anaesthesia.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Women that are on magnesium sulphate for severe pre-eclampsia/eclampsia Women that are unconscious or unstable immediate post caesarean section Women that delivered still birth Women that are allergic to magnesium sulphate Women that are allergic to NSAIDS or acetaminophen Women on epidural analgesia
