Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: • Age 18–60 years. • Both sexes. • Body mass index> 40 kg/m² or > 35 kg/m² with obesity-related comorbidities. • Underwent laparoscopic sleeve gastrectomy with documented antral length measurement (either 4 cm or 6 cm). • Regular postoperative follow-up records including weight and comorbidity resolution.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: • Revisional bariatric procedures. • History of gastric malignancy, ulcers, or anatomical anomalies. • Missing critical operative or follow-up data.
