Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: All consenting primigravida who had episiotomy during vagina delivery, scheduled for episiorrhaphy.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Women that had third- or fourth-degree perineal laceration post-vagina delivery. Women that are on magnesium sulphate for severe pre-eclampsia/eclampsia. Women that are unconscious or unstable immediate post operatively. Women that delivered still birth. Women that are allergic to magnesium sulphate. Women that are allergic to NSAIDS or acetaminophen. Women on epidural analgesia.
