Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patients diagnosed with H. pylori infection age of 18 and above.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patients under the age of 18, had a known allergy to any of the medications used in this medical trial, had undergone H. pylori eradication therapy, had taken any of the following medications within the past six weeks: PPI, antibiotics, non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, and anticoagulant treatment; Recent gastric surgery, gastrointestinal cancer, active gastrointestinal bleeding, women who are pregnant or nursing; patients with acute renal or liver disease.

MeasureTime frame
eradication rate of H.pylori in each group

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
evaluate safety of used regimens by incidence of adverse reactions and evaluate improvement of symptoms especially dyspepsia and epigastric pain.
