Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Healthy children . Non vital mandibular primary molars with signs and symptoms of spontaneous pain and pain on percussion, presence of periapical abscess or sinus tract. Tooth should be restorable

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Any serious systemic disease in which pulp therapy is contraindicated Radicular widening of lamina dura. No pulpal floor perforation. Bifurcation and/or periapical radiolucency
