Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Age from 5 to 40 years. - Both sexes. - Patients with pure or impure orbital wall fractures. - Patients with unilateral or bilateral orbital wall fractures. - Positive forced-duction test. - Extra-ocular muscle entrapment on face computed tomography (CT) scan. - Posttraumatic clinical enophthalmos or dystopia with orbital fractures.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - A medical condition affecting bone healing. - Medically compromised conditions, not a proper candidate for general anesthesia. - Tumor case, encroaching on the orbital walls. - Pathological orbital blowout fractures.
