Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: • Informed written consent was obtained from each patient’s first degree relatives • Age between 18 and 60 years. • Both sex • Isolated TBI • GCS score : = 12
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: • History of intracranial interventions as well as ischemic or hemorrhagic stroke. • Any neurological condition independent from TBI that might influence the functional outcome e.g brain tumor. • Clear clinical signs of intoxication influencing the evaluation, in the investigator's judgment e.g drug over dose . • Pregnancy . • Patient with sever renal impairment (creatinine clearance > 30 ml/ minute) , liver cell failure and advanced malignancy .
