Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. ASA II. 2. CHILD A and B 3. Male and female patients aged 30-50 years old. 4. Serum Albumin level more than 3.5 g/dl.?
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Known history of chest disease 2. Preoperative chemotherapy, cachexia. 3. Previous thoracic procedures. 4. Current upper respiratory infection (URI), COPD. 5. History of general anesthesia within 2 weeks; preoperative hypoxemia. 6. Body mass index (BMI) more than 30 kg/m2. 7. Hemodynamic instability or non-cooperation. 8. Pregnancy
