Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: INCLUSION CRITERIA: Consenting women who met the following inclusion criteria and with indication for CR/IOL will be recruited; With Bishop score of < 7 With Gestational age 36-42 weeks With Singleton foetus, vertex presentation and intact membranes With Satisfactory BPP

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: EXCLUSION CRITERIA. Women with Antepartum haemorrhage. Women with Malpresentation. Women with previous uterine scar Women with IUFD. Grand-multiparous women with (>/= 5) deliveries Women who are already in labour Women with allergy to prostaglandin Presence of any contraindication to vaginal delivery. Active genital Herpes Women who do not consent for the study
