Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: had Fitzpatrick skin types III and IV patients who were 18 years old or older cooperative patients.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: patients who had active herpes simplex infection, a history of skin cancer, radiotherapy photodermatosis, keloid or hypertrophic scars, those who had received any previous treatment in the past month. | Evaluation of patients according to RGS [5,6] before treatment and at the end of therapy (3 weeks after last session). According to the rosacea grading scale (RGS), mild-grade rosacea is = 8, moderate grade rosacea ranges from 9 to 16, and severe rosacea is = 17. Global aesthetic improvement scale (GAIS): Two blinded dermatologists assessed the photos of the patients before treatment and 3 weeks after the last session as follow: 0 = No improvement, 75% (excellent improvement). | — |
