Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: had Fitzpatrick skin types III and IV patients who were 18 years old or older cooperative patients.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patients who had active herpes simplex infection, a history of skin cancer, radiotherapy photodermatosis, keloid or hypertrophic scars, those who had received any previous treatment in the past month. Pregnant and lactating females who had received any previous treatment in the past month. Pregnant and lactating females

MeasureTime frame
Evaluation of patients according to RGS [5,6] before treatment and at the end of therapy (3 weeks after last session). According to the rosacea grading scale (RGS), mild-grade rosacea is = 8, moderate grade rosacea ranges from 9 to 16, and severe rosacea is = 17. Global aesthetic improvement scale (GAIS): Two blinded dermatologists assessed the photos of the patients before treatment and 3 weeks after the last session as follow: 0 = No improvement, 75% (excellent improvement).
