Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Age: Adults aged 20 to 65 years. Diagnosis: Confirmed diagnosis of Helicobacter pylori infection (via clinical testing such as urea breath test, stool antigen, or endoscopy with biopsy). Willingness: Willingness to participate in the study and provide informed consent. Ability to Participate: Ability to understand and complete the study questionnaires (SF-LDQ and SF-36) in Arabic.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Prior gastric surgery (e.g., gastrectomy, gastric bypass). Severe psychiatric illness (e.g., active psychosis, severe depression, or cognitive impairment that would interfere with participation or comprehension). Advanced comorbidities precluding safe participation in the study (e.g., end-stage renal disease, decompensated liver cirrhosis, metastatic cancer, or severe cardiovascular disease). Inability to attend follow-up sessions (due to geographic, logistical, or personal constraints).
