Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age between 18 and 30 years Good general health A signed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Engaging in any of these during 2 weeks prior to the first sample collection; Antibiotic use Intentional intake of probiotic or prebiotic products Presence of gastrointestinal disorders such as diarrhea, inflammatory bowel disease, or irritable bowel syndrome, Pregnancy or breastfeeding Alcoholism and drug addiction.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Interventions will lead to an increase in oral and gut microbiome population and diversity as well as better cardiovascular properties.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
The research could reveal significant inter-relationship between immunity, cardiovascular health, gut and oral microbiota, and fermented drinks.
