Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: • All women of reproductive age (25-45) with infertility seeking assisted conception • Uterine cavity: normal uterine cavity. • Gynaecology history: Patients with a history of pro-oxidant conditions such as endometriosis or fibroids • Chronic diseases: Infertile women with chronic medical diseases (e.g., diabetes mellitus, hypertension). • Previous failures: Women with a history of repeated failed assisted conception.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: A. Drug reactions: history of adverse drug reactions. Current supplements: Infertile clients already taking vitamin E supplements. B. Malabsorptive conditions: Infertile clients with underlying malabsorptive conditions. Renal or liver disease: Infertile clients with renal or liver diseases. C. Adhesions: extensive adhesions in the reproductive tract
