Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: • Age between18-40 years. • Either sex. • Patients undergoing bilateral thoracoscopic sympathectomy surgery. • ASA physical status I or II.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: • Patient refusal. • Infection at the site of injection. • Known hypersensitivity to the local anesthetic. • Bleeding disorders. • Patients with decompensated cardiac, hepatic and renal failure. • BMI =30 kg/m2.

| • The total analgesic consumption of morphine in the first 24h postoperative. • Postoperative visual analog score (VAS) for pain assessment within the 1st 24h. • Hemodynamic variabilities (HR, MAP) at 2,4,8,16,24 hrs. postoperative. • Postoperative complications (nausea, vomiting, pneumothorax, hypotension, allergy) till 24h. • Patient satisfaction will be graded according to a five-point Likert scale; weak, medium, good, very good, and excellent. • Surgeon satisfaction will be evaluated by the surgeon and recorded according to a 5-point Likert scale (5: excellent, 4: Good, 3: Satisfactory, 2: Poor, 1: Very poor). | — |
