Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: • Age =18 years. • Blunt thoracic trauma confirmed by clinical examination and imaging. • Availability of complete clinical and radiological data for Thoracic Trauma Severity Score (TTSS) calculation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: • Penetrating chest trauma. • Age <18 years. • Severe pre-existing comorbidities (e.g., end-stage malignancy, hepatic failure). • Death within the first hour before full evaluation.
