Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adult patients aged 18 to 80 years, with type one and/or type two DM who have been receiving care for more than six months at the diabetic clinics of the two hospitals in Dodoma.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants with known multimorbidity
