Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: diagnosed with breast cancer, receiving palliative chemotherapy, aged 18 years or older, had an Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group (ECOG) performance status of three or more and who volunteered to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with cognitive impairments, severe pain, or other health or social factors that would prevent meaningful participation in the program or completion of study assessments were excluded
