Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: For record review: All consecutive patients receiving care from the study sites For interview data: Newly diagnosed TB cases Receiving care from any of the study sites Aged =18years Able and willing to provide informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: For record review: No exclusion criteria were applied. For interview data: TB patients diagnosed before intervention implementation
