Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: i. Female undergraduates with the different body somatotypes in the university of Benin halls of residence. ii. Female undergraduates agedbetween 18 and 45 years iii. Female undergraduates willing to voluntarily participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: I Female undergraduates with lower extremity pain ii. Female undergraduates who have any congenital deformity of the spine, knee, foot and ankle joint. iii.Female undergraduates student who have disabilities in the lower extremities. iv. Female undergraduates who have any injury or history of surgery to their low back, ankle and foot. v. Female undergraduates who do not fit in into the universal size of the 3 inch high-heeled shoe.
