Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: patients with a suspected diagnosis of diffuse lung disease aged 18 years or older, patients with undiagnosed diffuse parenchymal lung diseases by clinical, laboratory, and radiological assessment,
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: patients with a known contraindication to the procedure, such as a bleeding disorder or a severe respiratory condition, patients who had thoracoscopic lung biopsy for therapeutic purposes, rather than diagnostic purposes, patients with a known allergy to any of the medications or materials used during the procedure, patients with coagulopathy, cystic lung diseases, single lung, severe pulmonary hypertension.
