Inclusion criteria: Adult patients (=18 years to 65 years). Scheduled for elective colorectal surgery requiring colostomy formation (temporary or permanent).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Emergency surgery Cognitive impairment preventing consent Inability to complete questionnaires
