Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion Criteria: ?Adolescents aged 10-18 years ?Diagnosed with idiopathic scoliosis ?Cobb angle between 10° and 45° ?No prior surgical intervention for scoliosis

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion Criteria: ?Non-idiopathic scoliosis ?Previous spinal surgery ?Other musculoskeletal disorders affecting posture ?Inability to participate in exercise programs

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Pulmonary function tests (PFTs) including Forced Vital Capacity (FVC) and Forced Expiratory Volume in 1 second (FEV1) at baseline, 6 months, and 12 months.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
?: Cobb angle measurement via radiographs, quality of life assessment using the Scoliosis Research Society-22 (SRS-22) questionnaire, and respiratory health questionnaires.
