Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Adolescents and young women (15-24 years old) with HIV from the Zimbabwe national ART program, 2. Has viraemia defined by a detectable VL, 3. On tenofovir-based ART for at least 3 months, 4. Pregnant to 24 months postpartum, 6. Resides with the catchment area, 7. Agrees to be visited at home if she's unreachable on the phone and 8. Able to provide consent, or assent with parent/guardian informed consent where applicable.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. On anti-TB treatment (due to possible drug-drug interactions) and 2. Not eligible per clinician's assessment.
