Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Female patients Age 21–65 American society of Anesthesiologists physical status grade 1 and grade 2 Scheduled for unilateral modified radical mastectomy (MRM) Eligible for general anesthesia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: BMI >35 kg/m² Infection at needle insertion site Coagulopathy or bleeding disorders Allergy to local anesthetics Spinal deformities
