Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Spontaneous labour Parturients at 5-6cm cervical dilatation Term Gestation (37-42 weeks) Singleton pregnancy in cephalic presentation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Hypersensitivity to Pentazocine Hypersensitivity to Paracetamol. Contraindications to vaginal delivery Parturients on epidural analgesia
