Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - children and Adolescents (6-18 years old) with migraine -either with aura or without aura

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Epilepsy or other serious neurological disease Chronic systemic disease; renal, hepatic,cardiac,metabolic,gastrointestinal,etc, Use of prophylactic medications for migraine within 1 month of /during the trial, Inability to comply with the requirements of the trial.

MeasureTime frame
reduction in the mean frequency, severity and duration of migraine headache in response to Mediterranean diet compared to regular diets

evaluation of safety and tolerance of mediterranean diet in adolescents with migraine
