Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Male participants aged between 20 and 36 years who are regularly physically active; (2) Engaged in consistent training for at least four years, with a minimum frequency of four sessions per week; (3) being actively involved in senior-level competition, (4) free from any musculoskeletal injuries or neurological conditions in the previous six months, and (5) had not engaged in any neuromuscular warm-up programs during the three months leading up to the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) smoked or consumed alcohol, (2) had engaged in regular physical training within the two months prior to the study, (3) had recent injuries or health issues, or (4) had taken any medication or supplement that might influence the study outcomes.
