Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: – Age between 25-40 years – Clinical diagnosis of myofascial TMD with restricted mouth opening (<35 mm) – No prior treatment with Botox or occlusal splints

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: – Systemic neuromuscular disorders – Allergies to botulinum toxin or materials used in splints – Pregnancy or lactation – Edentulous patients – Patient with recent trauma
