Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: children had no previous repair, were not circumcised, had adequate penile length according to age, had no or mild chordee, normally descended testes without hernia or hydrocele, with no history of congenital anomalies or disease prohibiting surgery

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patients who had undergone previous hypospadias repair, micro penis, evidence of active urinary tract infection, systemic or local disease prohibiting repair.

Incidence of urethrocutaneous fistula and Fistula severity grading
