Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria 1. Women with singleton pregnancy 2. Gestational age of 37 weeks to 41weeks 6days 3.women without contraindication to vaginal delivery 4. Women willing to deliver in our facility
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria 1. Women who decline participation 2. multiple gestation 3. women with placenta previa 4. women with previous caesarean section 5. Women with any contraindications for vaginal delivery 6. Women with chronic medical conditions 7. Women who have known allergy to the drugs
